In a new lawsuit, Ashley Parham claims Sean “Diddy” Combs and his associates gang-raped her as revenge for a comment she made about his alleged involvement in the murder of Tupac Shakur.

Trigger Warning: This article discusses sensitive topics.

According to the lawsuit, Ashley Parham met one of Combs’ friends at a bar in February 2018. The friend called Combs via FaceTime during the encounter. Unimpressed, Parham told Diddy that she believed he was involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur, a figure linked to long-standing conspiracy theories. Combs allegedly became enraged and told Parham she would “pay” for her remarks.

Carefully Orchestrated Rape Was Allegedly Pre-Meditated

One month later, Ashley Parham was invited to the same friend’s home in Orinda, where Combs appeared unexpectedly. She alleges that Combs threatened her with a knife, warning he would leave her with a “Glasgow smile,” a reference to a disfiguring facial wound. The situation escalated when Combs’ chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, allegedly intervened, suggesting they could “sell” Parham instead. According to Parham’s lawsuit Khorram made a threat to traffic her internationally and she was allegedly told that she would never see her family again.

According to her lawsuit, Combs held a knife to Parham’s face and ordered her to undress. He then produced a bottle of liquid from a fanny pack and squirted the contents all over her body. The liquid is believed to have been baby-oil laced with gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (GHB), a controlled substance that acts as a nervous system depressant. Parham claims this left her completely incapacitated.

The lawsuit details further disturbing acts of violence, degradation, and jarring cruelty. In her lawsuit, she asserts that once she was incapacitated,  Combs and Khorram attempted to insert a device, which they called an” IUD”, into her vagina, but the device malfunctioned. Afterward, she claims that Combs used a television remote control gadget to vaginally rape her. She claims that after Combs vaginally raped her, he sodomized her and encouraged his friends to do the same.

After the alleged gang-rape, Parham says she awoke to find the group outside smoking, her body limp from the ordeal. When she attempted to escape, Parham confronted Combs, who was reportedly surprised she could still move after being drugged. He allegedly offered her money in exchange for silence, threatening to harm her family if she reported the incident to the police.

Similarities to Lil Rod’s Lawsuit

Parham’s case shares some similarities to the lawsuit files by Lil Rod (Rodney Jones). He also referred to the use of fanny packs by Combs and Khorram.

On February 24, 2024, Lil Rod filed a $30 million lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs in Manhattan federal court. In it, he claims that Khorram “required” Combs’ domestic stand to carry fanny packs that contained controlled substances, including GHB, cocaine, MDMA (ecstasy), cannabus gummies, and pink cocaine so that Combs could have them at his disposal. Pink cocaine, also known as Tusi, is a mix of cocaine enhanced with ketamine, MDMA, methamphetamine, caffeine, opioids, and other new psychoactive substances (NPS).

Lil Rod told Rolling Stone:

“He’s a monster. He’ll do whatever is necessary to get exactly what he wants. He doesn’t take no for an answer. He [told me] himself, ‘I’ll smack my mama.’ Anybody who can say that even jokingly is a monster. He’s nothing to be played with.”

The lawsuit contains allegations that Combs groped Jones, secretly drugged him, and coerced him into soliciting and engaging in sexual acts with sex workers. These incidents allegedly occurred while Jones was working on Combs’ Grammy-nominated Love Album: Off The Grid between September 2022 and November 2023.

Since filing the lawsuit against Combs, Lil Rod says he is struggling with suicidal ideation, agoraphobia, and fear that he may be killed. However, he says he is determined to keep “standing up for justice.”

Combs attorney Erica Wolff claims that Lil Rod’s lawsuit is “pure fiction.”

Ashley Parham Claims Her Police Report Was Dismissed

Despite the threats, Ashley Parham says she reported the assault to multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department and the Walnut Creek Police Department. However, she claims her reports were never seriously investigated.

Today, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd and Shawn Perez, are representing her in the civil case.

Combs and his legal team have not yet commented publicly on the lawsuit.

This is a developing story.
