Booking Options
Clients have the option of booking:
- One-time coaching sessions.
- A discounted coaching subscription.
- Discounted prepaid coaching packages.
Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours Before Session)
- Fee: 100% of session cost ($150)
Short-Notice Cancellation (24-48 Hours Before Session)
- Fee: 50% of coaching session cost ($75)
Advance Cancellation (More Than 48 Hours Before Session)
- Fee: No charge. Clients may cancel or reschedule free of charge.
No Show Policy (Failure to Attend Without Notice)
- Fee: 100% of coaching session cost ($150)
Right of Withdrawal Policy
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), clients have the right to withdraw from a service agreement within 14 days of purchase, unless the scheduled one-time coaching session takes place within this period.
Conditions for Right of Withdrawal:
- If a one-time coaching session is booked more than 14 days in advance, clients may withdraw from the agreement and receive a full refund.
- If a one-time coaching session is scheduled within 14 days of booking, the right of withdrawal is forfeited once the session has started.
- To withdraw, clients must submit a written request via email or our contact page within the withdrawal period.
Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal:
- If a client explicitly consents to receive the service before the 14-day period expires, they waive their right to withdraw once the session begins.
- Once a session has been completed, no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
Refunds for Prepaid Coaching Packages
- Prepaid packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.
- Clients have the right to cancel future prepaid sessions with at least 14-30 days’ notice for a refund on undelivered sessions before changing or discontinuing their package.
- If notice is not given, we may charge an administrative fee or require payment for one additional coaching session to account for scheduling and financial planning.
Rolling Contract & Auto-Renewal
- Coaching agreements for subscriptions and coaching packages are rolling contracts that auto-renews, and clients will be billed unless they opt out with advance notice.
- If a client transitions from a coaching package to individual sessions, they no longer retain the additional services and perks that came with the coaching package. However, these service and perks may be purchased separately.
Additional Services & Perks
- Mini-courses, email support, communication analysis and support, and emergency sessions are optional paid services for one-time clients who book single coaching sessions.
- These perks are included in some coaching packages.
- If a client downgrades, no perks will be available unless purchased separately.
Contract Termination & Fees
- If a client terminates the contract without providing the agreed-upon notice, a fee equivalent to the service fees that would have been payable during the notice period may apply.
Sliding Scale Penalties for Coaching Package Cancellations
Our business uses a tiered system where the penalty increases as the cancellation date approaches:
- Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: No fee
- Cancellation 14-30 days in advance: 25% of the service fee
- Cancellation 7-13 days in advance: 50% of the service fee
- Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: 100% of the service fee
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
Administrative Fees for Refunds
A $10-$20 administrative fee may apply for processing refunds, depending on transaction costs.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
- Clients must submit cancellation or refund requests in writing via email or via our contact form.
- For prepaid packages, refund requests made after 14 days of purchase must include a reason for cancellation and details of any unused sessions.
This policy ensures fairness, clarity, and compliance with Swedish consumer protection laws, while maintaining the financial sustainability of our services.
