Kristina Khorram, also known as KK, is a prominent executive who joined Bad Boy Entertainment in 2013. Initially serving as a senior executive liaison, she quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming Sean “Diddy” Combs’ manager and chief of staff at Combs Enterprises in 2020. Khorram’s role in Combs’ organization was integral, with Combs himself praising her as his “right hand” who kept both his personal life and business operations running smoothly.

Khorram holds a bachelor’s degree in business and French from North Carolina State University and has previously worked at major companies, including Burberry, Paramount Pictures, AOL, and Gen Art.

However, Khorram is a codefendant in the high-profile lawsuit filed by music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr. in February 2024. In the $30 million lawsuit, Khorram is accused of being the chief enabler of Combs’ alleged substance abuse and sexual misconduct. The suit compares her role to that of Ghislaine Maxwell, a convicted accomplice of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, accusing her of orchestrating and facilitating Combs’ alleged misconduct. According to the lawsuit, Khorram allegedly required all of Combs’ employees to carry narcotics for his use and was responsible for hiring sex workers for him.

Khorram is one of nearly 30 defendants named in the lawsuit, which includes allegations of sexual abuse, drug use, and coercion. Combs’ attorney, Shawn Holley, has strongly denied the claims, dismissing them as “complete lies” and asserting that there is overwhelming evidence to refute the accusations.

Khorram has also been indirectly associated with a separate lawsuit involving Combs’ ex-partner, singer Cassie Ventura. In November 2023, Ventura accused Combs of rape, physical abuse, and coercion during their long-term relationship. Her lawsuit described a pattern of emotional manipulation, drug abuse, and forced sexual acts. Though Khorram was not directly named in Ventura’s case, her close association with Combs during this period has cast additional scrutiny on her role within his organization.

In addition to the lawsuit brought by Lil Rod, Khorram has been named in other legal cases against Combs. Notably, in October 2024, she was implicated in Ashley Parham’s lawsuit, which accused Combs of running a sex trafficking operation. Khorram is alleged to have played a key role in these operations, further linking her to serious allegations against the music mogul.

Khorram’s accounts have vanished from various social media platforms. She has yet to make a public statement regarding the allegations and lawsuits.
