The Elsie Heinz Fund for Trauma Recovery is dedicated to supporting survivors of narcissistic abuse on their journey toward healing and empowerment. Named in honor of Elsie Heinz, whose life was defined by connection and compassion, the fund provides survivors with access to trauma-informed coaching designed to address the complex emotional and psychological effects of abuse.
Survivors of narcissistic abuse often face unique challenges, including diminished self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and difficulty re-establishing healthy boundaries and relationships. Through sponsored one-on-one coaching, participants are equipped with tools to rebuild their confidence, rediscover their sense of self, and create a path forward filled with hope and opportunity.
